The Lexicograffiti Seminar (23 January 2012) was the 4th seminar of the cycle Terminology in the Changing World of Translation. This seminar covered the topic of lexicography and e-lexicography and included presentations by Gerhard Budin, director of the Institute for Corpus Linguistics and Text Technology at the Austrian Academy of Science, speaking on the evolution of electronic dictionaries from the paper-based format, as well as practical experiences and conclusions for the management of large term databases; and Sylviane Granger, of the Catholic University of Louvain, who addressed customizable dictionary-cum-corpus web-based tools.
