DSNA Claims Policy for Missing Newsletters
Upon receipt of a claim of a missing newsletter, DSNA will send a replacement copy at no charge.
Upon receipt of a second claim, DSNA will send a replacement copy by certified mail.
Upon receipt of a third claim, if our certified mail records show that the item was delivered, we will not send another copy. Newsletters may always be accessed online.
DSNA Claims Policy for Missing Journals
Upon receipt of a claim of a missing journal, DSNA will send a replacement copy by certified mail.
Upon receipt of a second claim, if our certified mail records show that the item was delivered, we require payment both for shipping and for the cost of the previous certified mailing, before sending another replacement.
